ABH^® subcontracts with community based provider agencies throughout Connecticut for Masters Level Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants to provide Early Childhood Consultation Partnership (ECCP^®) services. ECCP^® Consultants provide consultation services, at no cost, to early care and education settings, caregivers and families of young children. Services build the capacity of caregivers to meet the behavioral, social and emotional needs of young children in their care.
