Funding

The Early Childhood Consultation Partnership (ECCP^®) is funded by CT’s Department of Children and Families and the CT Office of Early Childhood (OEC). The Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Office of Early Childhood (OEC) contracts with Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH^®) for the development and implementation of the ECCP program. ABH^® is a non-profit behavioral health care and management company.
